EX4100 Cannot save files to a Folder

Hi Experts,

Since the transition earlier this year from Windows 7 to Windows 10, things seem to have become unstuck with my EX4100 when I need to save a file to a Shared Folder. Under W7, I used the Windows Home Network structure, which worked perfectly! Under Windows 10, the Windows network structure has changed and since then I cannot save a file to any of my Shared folders. The only exception is the Public Shared folder, which I can save files to. I guess this confirms there is no physical connection problem?. When I check the Share Profile Settings, my shared folders have exactly the same profile setting as the Public Share folder.

My network uses Ethernet and a router.

I have tried everything I can think of with different network settings? Any ideas on what to try next?
