EX4 Slow writing speeds

Hi geeks,

I was using Mybooklive 3TB and the writing speed was at 20 to 30 Mbps which was satisfactory. Recently I added one EX4 with 24 TB disk with Raid 10 to the network. However, the writing speed for EX4 is less than 10 Mbps (while coping a 3 GB file, 3 times lower than MyBooklive). Now I stopped backup to EX4.

What is the cause? Any suggestion to improve the speed.?
