ex4 configuration for better data transfer

I have the ex4 and the data transfer to and from it is very slow.

I like to kniw if there is a way of speeding up the ex4.

Is there any configuration that can speed up my ex4?

Disabling the cloud service can make better data transfer on my net?

My firmware is updated.

thank you for the nice try, there is no solution or any configuration in that post, only people complaining like me.

Any other sugestions?
