My EX4 can’t seem to read a 8TB drive when viewing from the RAID section of the MyCloud interface, but it’ll read the drive is the “Disk Status” section. I’ve checked with Hard Drive compatibility list for My Cloud EX4, and the model I have is compatible as one can see with the attached screen grab. WD Red - WD80EFZX
But I can use or see the drive in any other interface, can anyone help with this issue?
