Updated my EX2100 to OS5 a few months ago (and applied all subsequent updates) but this problem has been present since the change from OS3 to OS5.
Any file I copy to the drive via network mapped drive will not appear in the android app or web access until I reboot the drive.
Seems to be indexing will only run once after each reboot then when finished, will not run or monitor for new files until the next boot.
Have reinstalled firmware multiple times now and last time was a full factory restore but still the same.
Any ideas?
