ex2100 cant raid or discover any volume

just bought my cloud ex2100 with two red wd HD
In the storage section i get no configured volumes
I dont have the option to raid the drives , the option just does not appear
when trying to update the firmware , i get the massage the is not enough storage

It just isnt woking !!!
