I know the my cloud device is controllable via REST (e.g. rest/users)
Where do in find the list of possible commands via REST (API reference) ?

Because you are using an EX2 Ultra you may want to search through the dedicated EX2 subforum where there may be more information and users who are more familiar with the EX2 series. This subforum (my Cloud) is generally for the single bay/single drive My Cloud units.
