EX2 Ultra Sync Directory

Just hooked up a EX2 Ultra to our work network, We are a small business with 3 computers and one 8tb EX2 Ultra.

One of the machines has very important data that is the sole reason for us purchasing the EX2. How do I set up the EX2 to sinc with the data on the local machine? A video or a paper would be helpful.I know how to map the network drive. I have also downloaded the WD sync app but when I open it, only a windows explorer window opens up and nothing else. I am running windows 10.
