EX2 ultra some folders are empty when accesing through https://os5.mycloud.com/

EX2 ultra some folders are empty when accesing through https://os5.mycloud.com!!! Why?

I can access all shares and folders through ttps://os5.mycloud.com except one folder where my laptop is backed up.
The folder is empty, but when I go to my ex2 ultra directly, everything is fine.
Help please!

The folder is empty, but when I go to my ex2 ultra directly, everything is fine.

It means the folder either hasn’t been indexed yet or the files in the folder are not indexed such as TimeMachineBackup and older WD Smartware Backups, etc…
