I have an Ex2 device, when switching on, the device is not reachable from the network (ping), the top two lights flash and after about 3-5minutes the bottom LED is constant, what can I do to troubleshoot repair?

Unfortunately, response 1, above, appears to relate to the Power LED, not the one you are referring to (bottom LED - Drive 2) and response 2 won’t help if you can access the drive/dashboard.
I’m afraid I don’t know what to suggest as, if you have a bad drive 2, you should still be able to reach the device from the dashboard/explorer/ping.
