EX2 does not show on the menu under Network on the left side of windows explorer on my new computer. It does show in that place on my wife’s new computer. Any idea what settings might cause this?
Clicking the public share icon yields a view of explorer that does show the NAS under Network on the left side and I can navigate to the desired folder/file.
It’s very likely an internal (Computer) configuration issue. Make sure the new computer is set to a Home/Work Network on the Network and Sharing Center as opposed to a Public network. Another recommendation would be to confirm if the currently-active anti-virus/firewall application is limiting local networking and device discovery.
