EX2 cannot access after someday

After someday, my EX2 cannot access via device dashboard (web interface), mycloud.com.

I can ping and make sure no problem with IP address. If I unplug the power and plug again it will work. But after someday, it go to error again.
Did anyone get this problem and how to fix it? I need it run stable.

a full reset may help. i had the same issue with the dashboard ( see my issue with populating 2 slots ) when something is not quite rightand services take ages to power up. best thing to do, enable ssh and then check dmesg and other logs during boot up. this should tell you why the GUI service is not up and running

I tried but after two days, problem comeback, cannot ping / access via web dashboard. Could you give me the link to you post?
