Ex2 blue flashing power light after firmware update?

i there i manual updated my ex2 with Firmware Release 2.12.127 (01/08/2019) after update had completed i have a flashing blue power light

when i try to connect via [http://wdmycloudex2 system booting up please wait ,been like that for hours now
hdds are hot
i have tried 40 second reset

please help

all fixed just let drive do its check the ex2 power led will go solid blue i am back up and running

I had the same issue the other day…My unit worked after unplugging and plugging again. But it appears that when going into hibernation, or out of it, it gets stuck. Blue flashing light. I let that thing sit for more than 4 days, and it was fixed…2 days later same thing. Any clue?

Hi there I think it happend to me after I updated the firmware and I just left it had no problems since changed my hdds wd red
