Ex 2 Ultra external connection

Hi,
im currently not ablea to Connect to my Ex 2 Ultra outside the home Network.
In the past it was possible to restart the unit, then it worked for a few Minutes. Right now this isnt working an more. The app says that there are no acessable folders. In the browser I’m not able to log in at all. The process gets terminated.
