Everything seems to be OK but not access to data

Hello all,

Hope you can help me. My device My Cloud has been working with no major issue for years. Now I tried to connect and even though everything seems to be OK (blue fixed led in the front, network leds in the back ok, etc) I have no access (neither from my laptop not from my mobile). I have check basics: cable, router, resets…no improvement. Any idea?

There seem to be some outrage at WD end. All my cloud access to my 3 WD MyCloud storage is inaccessible. Only can use it as a NAS
