Hi, i seem to have lost everything on my passport WDBACY5000AWT basically i plugged it into someones TV to watch a movie which wouldnt work then when I tried to use it on my laptop everything had gone including all the WD stuff thats on there from the start. now when i plug into my laptop i have to go into the computer file/hardware and printers to find the passport and that says all drivers are working properly but there are no files.
any help with this would be a great help, oh must say i am a computer biff so please put everything in basic terms!
