Event ID 8003 & 8033 (BROWSER)

Hi

After so many falls from my internal network, I checked the Windows 8.1 event log the following error:

Error - browser - 8003/8033

The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer WDMYCLOUD
that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{2B002D56-CE40-4AA7-9705-7948B5FCD611}.
The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.

So that’s what is making the connection dropping all the time?
But when I turn off the netatalk and mDNSResponder services, the error no longer appears!
