Event description:Drive failed in Bay 3

Anybody know why is the message appearing for drives 3 and 4 if I don’t have any drives 3 or 4 installed ?
Is there any way do change this in settings ?

This isn’t normal, did you try rebooting your My Cloud EX4 and is the latest firmware already installed?

Hello, yes It has the latest firmware, and I already rebooted, but still the messages appear, despite I am having only drives 1 and 2 occupied.

Hi! I have the same irritating messages almost daily. Have you resolved it finally? Support doesn’t know what to do.

I have a ticket in on this matter and it doesn’t appear to be resolvable. I see no one in this forum has had any luck with technical support escalating to the firmware team. If the techs keep closing the case it will never get resolved. Dissapointed with support on this
