Hello All,
I have an external hard drive (BOOK ESSENTIAL EDITION 2.0, 1 tetra byte) which I bought 6/09. FOr the last 6 months the backup has been failing. I kept getting a message: YOUR LAST BACKUP FAILED. I am not sure what seems to be the problem. So I deleted all the documents on the hard drive yesterday and decided to run the backup again think that it wouls work. I am still having the same problem.
Can someone please tell me what the problem is?
AM I doing something wrong? It worked fine until 6 months ago.
