Error while updating firmware on MyBookPro II

I am using Windows 7.

After running WD_MB_Pro_II_108a_1_02.exe (as administrator)

I get msg

Upgrade MyBookPro II  to firmware V1.08

Error while loading generic library.

and EXIT button

I have disabled all other external HDs

I have 2 internal WD HD and

I have not disabled DVD and Floppy
