Hello guys,
I have a brand new EX2, and I am trying to copy files from Google Drive Stream to the EX2. Some files are copied, but after a short while, the following error comes up: “The operation can not complete because it is not compatible.”
I have a Mac with OS Catalina. WD EX2 has been updated to the last firmware. The google files are downloaded in the mac.
Do you have any idea why I have this error?
