Error undefined mycloud ex2 ultra

Hi there!

I recently purchased WD My Cloud ex2 ultra device. I set up the machine using the instructions. But when I added users, it created the users by showing me an error and did not populate email id for any of them. The error is weird and undefined. Can you provide any help otherwise I will be forced to return the product.
