Error transferring large number of files or big files

Hi, I have a MyCloud EX2 4TB (RAID1) and when trying to write a large number of files from the PC within the local network (Backup of a photo folder) or a single large file (Big video or soft 1 gb or more) it systematically aborts with “Unexpected network error”

This happens:

  • At random moments during the transfer (can be at the beginning or not) but it happens always with large transfers (Don’t know the threshold though because a single photo of a 20-40 of MB never fails)
  • With Win7 x64 and Win10 x64 both have the same issue
  • Over the wifi AND cabled network (both devices)

The drive shows “healthy” in the diagnostics and has firmware: 2.11.178 (up to date)

It’s doing this since some time now and no other application or transfer I’ve done over the same network has failed

Any hint on where I should look will be greatly appreciated
