I’m getting this error trying to run the backup:
“Download failed due to failed authentication. Please re-enter the correct login credentials.”
The funny part is I had to enter my user/pass to search for the destination folder and it brought up the tree structure just find on my server and I was able to navigate to the folder I want to backup so I know the credentials are right!
Also, in the message it says “Please re-enter the correct login credentials.” but there is no way to re-enter them. You have to delete the job and start over but I get the same message.
