Error Saving Config Settings

When I first bought the Sharespace and setup a job, it had no problem. It’s been about 2-3 months since I did that last. I am finally getting around to setting up different jobs and prioritizing them. But, I was trying to create a new job to replace the old one and each time I get to the last step where it saves the backup job’s settings, it says:

“There was an error trying to save your configuration settings and connecting to the backup destination. This may be due to a problem with network connectivity or accessing the backup destination. Please try again. If the error persists, contact Western Digital Technical Support at http://support.wdc.com.

Has anyone ran into this problem before?

Since there’s been no replies, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
