When I first bought the Sharespace and setup a job, it had no problem. It’s been about 2-3 months since I did that last. I am finally getting around to setting up different jobs and prioritizing them. But, I was trying to create a new job to replace the old one and each time I get to the last step where it saves the backup job’s settings, it says:
“There was an error trying to save your configuration settings and connecting to the backup destination. This may be due to a problem with network connectivity or accessing the backup destination. Please try again. If the error persists, contact Western Digital Technical Support at http://support.wdc.com.”
Has anyone ran into this problem before?
