I have a 3-EX4 and two 500gb hdd and one of 6tb, 500 gb have occupied and tells me I have a capacity of 0 mb

If you’ve installed drives of varying capacity, I’m guessing you’ve configured JBOD mode.
If that’s the case, you’ve filled up one of the disks (volumes) and need to create another volume on another disk.
Ok thanks, I will try to create another volume, but not good as it gets
