Error message

hi there

i have the gen 3 live streaming device and am constantly getting the error message-a fatal error has occured  the device will now restart, most frustrating, basically the video freezes while the audio continues and the device is inoperable until the restart

any ideas anyone

Can you post the media info of the files that cause this to happen?

off to work now , will do asap but i must say it seems to be random files, not any one in particular…i’m starting to think my hd may be a bit dodgy ??

thanks for your reply…i have contacted wd (and true to their word they got back to me within 24 hrs,)  they seem to think i have a faulty unit and that i should return it which i will do tomorrow
