Error message when using My Passport at work - help!

I am receiving this error message when using my passport at work. I have called IT at my organisation and they believe something is wrong with the drive.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.


If the hard drive works in your home computer then the unlock application is unstable in your work computer. If so, you may have to permanently disable your unit’s password at home in order to use your hard drive at work. Additionally, try ensuring your work computer is fully updated and runs a non-server version of Microsoft Windows.
