Error Message when Backup starts from Launchpad

Window pops up saying Backup status: Cannot connect to the Windows Server Computer Backup Provider Service.

Running a backup from Win7Pro 64bit to the DX4000 works just fine.

Any Suggestions or ideas?

You mean from a differnet client?  The link he sent and or reboot everything
