I have tried both wired and wireless (using a netgear approved USB adapter). I have all kinds of devices both wired and wireless connected without any issues, Frustrating.

How can you do wired and wireless with a USB adapter ?
Are you sure the wireless adapter is in the WD list, it has to be a certain firmware, but on that note that does not always make it work for some reason.
