Error message 250006, 250007 and 250010

Hi,

When I try to register for a WDMyCloud.com login, an error message appears:

‘The web access account you requested for could not be created. Ensure that you do not have any network connectivity issues and try again. (250006)’

I have hooked my MyCloud on to my school network and everything seems to work find except for the fact I cannot generate a WDMyCloud.com login and hence cannot get a device code.

Bizarrely I can access MyCloud from my MacBook but not from my ipad or android phone…

Any suggestions would be most welcomed - thank you

Welcome to the WD Community. Try using the access codes instead of the email and password. That is another option you have.
