Error External port is duplicate

When I try to setup My Cloud for remote access I get this error…

External port is duplicate…

Static IP on WD is 192.168.1.2

GW is 192.168.1.254

Router ports 8080 and 8443 are forwarded to 192.168.1.2…

I have gone thur the setup instructions…browesed around the WD communite, read the Knowledge base

and googled extensively looking for answers…so far…NADA…

I’m convinced I have everything set up correctly…

BUT…when I use the default port forward on the My Cloud which is  ext port 80 and int port 80…

Status says FAILED and the error says  external port is duplicate…

AND…when I use the customize port forward on the My Cloud and set to ext port 8080 and int port 8080

status still says FAILED and I get the same error…

Anyone know how I can fix this…???
