Error: Creating RMA for HGST HDD Help!

Hello All,

I have been tasked with creating an RMA for a defective drive. I checked the drive and its still under warranty however I am met with this error when creating an RMA

I tried using the “HGST Partners Site” link but it leads to a unresponsive site.
