Error connection to My Passport External Disk

Hello WD Community.

I can’t access to WD My Passport External Disk. It ´s recognized by my PC but when I analize the status with WD Drive Utilities it says:

Unlock the device
5 failed attempts
Has reached the maximum number of attempts

The device has not any password to access.

I hope you can help to me solve this issue.
