I’m a new user. Can’t transfer data to My Passport. Getting Error Code-43. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi, what is the drive model? Some Passport drives are preformatted under NTFS for Windows. Verify if the unit is under proper format. If not, you will need to format the drive for Mac.
