I am copying a large folder of photos from one WD My Passport (3 Tb) to another identical drive. It looks like it is processing, but I get Error Code 0 and the operation cannot continue.

Any suggestions?

What is the file system on the device right now? Also would like to know the size of the file you are trying to copy.

I am using the file system that came with the external drive. It is a WD My Passport for Mac. The folder that I am copying is about 100Gb, but there are no files over the 4Gb limit.

Does that help?

If the files are not over 4 GB and the file system is the same that came with the drive then I recommend trying to reformat the drive and copy the files again to see if the process goes through correctly.
