Error can't be fixed

Hi, I just brought a passport and tried to move my folder in the drive, but it will shown error everytime I move few hundred gb and create folder. It’s shown 0x8007045D. Can’t fixed the problem with format, scan and repair. Please help me.

If you get error 0x8007045D when copying large files to your WD Passport, try using a different USB port or cable. Run a disk check by opening Command Prompt as Administrator and typing chkdsk E: /f /r /x (replace E: with your drive letter). Download WD Drive Utilities and run both the Quick and Extended tests. Test the drive on another computer. In Device Manager, go to the drive’s properties under the Policies tab and uncheck “Enable write caching.” You can also try a full format (not quick format) using NTFS. If it still fails, contact WD support.
