Error accessing account information - how?

The error “An error was encountered displaying the most recent activities.” keep appearing everytime i try to access the account information on the WD Support Portal. The problem occured after i tried entering a new address on my account to create an RMA which i am too having troubles with.

I have tried using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome but both shows me the same error again and again. Could anyone help me with this issue?
