Error 33143 - Error Deleting shares

Greetings. 

My 2TB disk is full and the performance is very slow.

I want to delete some shares with the info inside, but I get a timeout message.

Any ideas on how can I delete the share?

Try using a static IP for the My Book, if the problem continues, you can try connecting it directly to your PC. Check page 66 of the manual for more information.

If your drive is COMPLETELY full, it’s no surprise to have performance / error issues.

Connect to your share the usual way and delete about 3-5% of the data from the share.

Then try to delete the share.
