I try to upload folder to My Book Live Duo using web interface files.mycloud.com. But after i drag and drop the folder from windows explorer to web interface error “The requested service can not be found. (200404)” appears.
Have you been able to add files in the past? Is this happening in a particular remote network? Does this happen using a different Internet Browser or the Desktop App?
I am able to add files. I cannot add any folder. When I trying to add a folder using IE I see the message like “IE is not able to upload folders, please try Chrome or WD Access”. If I use Chrome (of FF) I see 200404 error. This problem appears anywhere (I tried at home and at work).
Perhaps it would be best to contact WD Support about this. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.
