Eror 906 connection problem

Please help me with the following problem
I have a Huaweii p20 pro
My cloud version is the latest one
When I try to reach my cloud from my home internet everything is ok
When I am away of my home it writes connection failes eror 906.
With an oldest phone I have no problem
Can you help me
