After a few months of use, I’ve decided to sale my WDTV media player. Sadly, this device has to many issues with some of the apps it comes with and they are getting worse as the days go by. Shame on you WD for letting such a device and firmware updates out of your R&D lab.
I want to know how to erase all stored info on the device such as network passwords, Netflix account info, Youtube searches, etc… Is there a simple factory restore option or something?

got to SETUP, SYSTEM, DEVICE RESET and select RESET ALL SETTINGS TO FACTORY DEFUALT.
