Erasing Hard Drive

Good Day,

I am attempting to erase my hard drive to sell it, but all of the methods suggested in the booklet do not work.

Please help.

Find your drive at WD and download DLG besides testing the drive it has an option to format by writing zeroes to it. Ccleaner http://www.piriform.com/ has a drive wipe in tools.
