Erasing a 4TB drive

I started moving some information to my new 4TB MyCloud Drive and days later, it’s only 2% done.  This thing is PAINFULLY slow and I thought this operated also as a regular (USB3) hard drive.  Apparently not.

How do I get the few files it actually copied to the drive, OFF the drive (as in formatting).  There is NO information anywhere how to erase, format or restore the drive to new.

You can trigger a full factory system restore. This will overwrite the contents of the disk with zeros.
