I’d like to start over by erasing my MyCloud files. How do I do that? I have an iMac.
If you want just to delete files, go to each share using finder and delete the files, or use WD MyCloud desktop app.
If you want to reset eveerything and delete the files and users, go to the NAS admin UI and do a quick factory restore.
If you want to reset everyting and overwrite with zeroes all the disk, go to the NAS admin UI and do a full system factory restore.
