Enter drive IP address into SmartWare software


to my understanding, currently there is a problem for the SmartWare software to identify a WD cloud drive that is not directly connected to the next router. If the drive is connected to the second router below/behind the first one, it is not possible für the SW to detect the drive although it works fine for all other purposes. Probably it would be helpful to have a dialog box / option in the SW where you could enter the destination IP address. That would solve the issue.

The router set-up is a common set-up for people using TV cable internet connections.

Recently, one of my friend also faced the similar issue. He explained me the steps but sorry that I did not remember the steps. But I can give you the link, Belkin Router Firmware Update, from where he got the solution of this issue.
