Encrypted Drive not Initialising

Hi, I am doing some data recovery for a local business, they had a 2TB WD Green in their iMac, which was giving them the spinning wheel when they booted up. We made an image of the drive (a sector by sector copy) so we have a perfect copy of the drive. The issue is that it is locked with WD Unlocker, and the drive is not initialising, so I can’t run the software to unlock the drive. We have a lot of great software for recovering data, but as this is encrypted, none of that does us any good right now. Does anyone have any ideas or Mac software recommendations that might be able to repair the drive? I don’t think Disk Warrior will help, but I’m trying to get a my hands on a copy of Tech Tools 10. Any assistance would be much appreciated!
