Embarrassed to ask: how do I telnet into Twonky with Putty?

This is what I have as settings:

Clicking ‘open’ yields ‘Remote site unexpectedly closes connection’.

And, is the Twonky download named WesternDigital MyCloud 04.xx.xx the one for my box, which is a MyCloudEX2Ultra?

I have looked high and low for something like that first line:
‘The SSH (Secure Shell) username has changed from root to sshd in the most recent firmware release.’
It does make quite a difference.
