When I attempt to send a question via the support portal, email form, I get an error about “searching the knowledge base”. I’ve changed a few values, clicked some of the suggested items at the bottom, nothing. So, how do I send them something to tell them their form doesn’t work?
@John_Wolforth - Could you provide a screenshot of the error (you can paste directly into your response) or the error number so we can investigate? I just tested the form and everything seemed to go through OK, so we need more details to determine what is causing it to throw the error.
