Email links with iphone

I can open a word file and then forward the email link to my other computer with seperate email address.  However, when I open the email and click the link OpenDNS pops up and says

You tried to visit mybooklive.device120562.wd2go.com , which is not loading.

Here is the first part of the hyperlink:

Any idea why I can’t send links?  Or maybe the link is good, but nobody can make the link work?

Does the problem happens with any type of file or just the word file?

All files.  If I go to www.wd2go.com it says my device is offline which it isn’t.
